The Pakistani community is urged to take immediate action as Romania has implemented a new e-Visa system for Pakistani citizens. Effective immediately, all Pakistani nationals intending to travel to Romania must obtain a valid e-Visa prior to departure.

The online application process is now accessible, enabling eligible individuals to apply conveniently from any computer meeting the necessary technical requirements. The Romania e-Visa grants multiple entries and remains valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of issuance. It permits a maximum stay of 90 days within Romania.

Pakistani citizens are advised that a sticker visa is still required for passport holders.
